The Alma SINON II features a short pulse width, oval spot shape, and a soft spot making it FDA approved for all skin types. Its ability to effectively remove pigment, including light blue tattoos, makes it a first-class pigmentation treatment.
Improved experience - Epidermal sparing fractional handpiece for skin rejuvenation, minimising patient downtime
Short pulse width - the shortest pulse width of all dermatological Ruby lasers at 20nsec which assists to protect surrounding skin
High peak power making it suitable for all skin types
Dual modality - High pulse repetition rate for faster treatments and single pulse mode for detailed work
Q-switched laser is the most effective way for skin rejuvenation and to remove natural or artificial (tattoo) pigmentation, while minimizing the risk of damage to surrounding tissue. Alma SINON II uses an active Q-switched laser to deliver photoacoustic shockwaves to the target area through high laser intensities in short nanosecond pulses. The mechanical Q-switched effect works by vibrating and breaking up the pigment in the lesion or the ink particles in the tattoo. As the area heals, the body’s immune system flushes away the shattered pigment, revealing lighter, clear skin with minimal risk of scarring or hyperpigmentation.
Soprano Titanium is the newest version of the popular, award-winning Soprano laser hair removal system. It is the most complete and effective laser hair removal system available today.
Soprano Titanium, developed by Alma – the world-leading provider of energy-based solutions for the surgical, medical aesthetics and beauty markets – is breakthrough hair removal platform that combines ultimate functionality with unparalleled comfort. Thanks to its large 4 cm. applicator and advanced cooling system, treatments are now much faster and pain free – offering a significantly improved solution for patients and practitioners alike.
Soprano Titanium leverages the benefits of three combined wavelengths, with an improved patient experience and a business-oriented approach, creating a unique and result-driven new solution in the world of professional hair removal.
Plus, Soprano has a unique cooling system called IcePlus that continuously cools your skin and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the entire treatment. The IcePlus, cold sapphire tip also minimizes the risk of burns, while maintaining the heat deep within, where hair follicles are treated.
Together with the 3D, Simultaneous lasing of the three most effective laser wavelengths for hair removal (755nm, 810nm and 1064nm) already presented in the Platinum version, the Titanium comes with the QuattroTM, an extra-large spot size covering an enormous grid of 600-900 cm2, shortening treatment time by 40%!
The unique ICE technology revealed in the Soprano ICE and Platinum versions is upgraded in Soprano Titanium to ICE Plus – The most advanced cooling system, combining TEC and Inverter cooling technologies to offer an unparallel treatment experience for the patient.
Soprano Titanium’s superior feature-set is further enhanced with dual connectors, enabling sequential usage of two separate applicators, simplifying and shortening treatment procedures.
As previous Soprano versions, Soprano Titanium features SHR the groundbreaking in-motion™ technology that ensures full coverage while ICE Plus tech cools the skin surface – preventing superficial burns and allowing for virtually painless, yet highly effective hair removal.

Soprano Titanium uses Alma Laser’s SHR method, which is the only clinically proven method of laser hair removal that is virtually painless. The unique heating and energy delivery method effectively damages the hair follicle while preventing injury and pain to the surrounding tissue. At the same time it is integrated with ICE Plus an advanced technology that continuously cools
skin and facilitates range-controlled temperature throughout the entire treatment. The ICE Plus™ cold sapphire tip minimizes epidermal risks while maintaining heat within the dermis where hair follicles are treated. Temperature remains controlled and constant which contributes to the diode’s efficiency.

Soprano Titanium considers safety first. Soprano incorporates SHR™ technology, the only clinically proven laser hair removal method that is virtually painless, and also the safest for all skin types, including dark tones. Its unique gradual heating and single pulse delivery method effectively damages the hair follicle and delays re-growth, while preventing injury to the surrounding tissue. This treatment can be performed anytime of the year, and works well on tanned skin, while ensuring that sun exposure does not leave any marks following treatment.
Yes. Soprano Titanium’s SHR method affects the melanin of the skin using a unique method, allowing the procedure to be performed anytime of the year as well as on tanned skin. Furthermore, sun exposure is less traumatic to the skin following SHR treatment.
Actually Soprano Titanium is so fast you can do it during your lunch break.
Another amazing benefit of Soprano is its extra large treatment applicator (4 cm – twice as large as the normally used one). This means that the coverage area is much bigger, significantly shortening treatment times and making the entire hair removal process much more comfortable and convenient. You’ll be out and about in less time than ever before.
Depending on the patient’s skin and hair type, results are typically seen following 6 to 8 treatment sessions. Just few treatments and you are probably done for good.
“The Alma SINON Q-switched laser is the most advanced Ruby Laser I have ever used. The machine is very reliable. In a comparative study with the Q-switched Alexandrite laser, pigmented lesions responded better to treatment with faster and more complete clearing using the Alma SINON.”
Mitchel Goldman, M.D., Goldman, Butterwick & Associates, Cosmetic Laser Dermatology, San Diego, USA
“The removal of tattoos works excellently with the Q-switched ruby laser system Alma SINON for almost all colors. Due to the high energy, with optimal adjustment of spot size and impulse, only a few treatments are often required.”
Prof. Dr. Uwe Paasch,University Hospital Leipzig
“By using the Q-switched ruby laser system Alma SINON we could achieve 90 to 100 per cent clearance of amateur tattoos in dark Ethiopian skin types in almost any patient during a study. Whereas, there were no cases of scarring or permanent pigmentary changes.”.
Moshe Lapidoth M.D., MPH Dermatologist, Director of the Laser Unit, Rabin Medical Center, Herzelia Pituach, Israel , Vice President of the European Society for Laser Dermatology (ESLD)
