Mr. Zhan Yongxin, Chinese ambassador to Israel and Mr. Eli Cohen, Israel’s minister of economy and industry proudly launched Alma’s new innovation center in Caesarea industry park. The event was honored as well by Mr. William Wu, president and CEO of Fosun Pharma, Mr. Liu Yi, EVP of Fosun Pharma, Mr. Guy Swersky, vice chairman of the Edmond De Rothschild foundation and Michael Karsenti, CEO of Caesarea assets corporation.
The new innovation center will cover 11,000 m² and will enable us to increase the volume of our activity. It has become incremental due to the rising demands from the global aesthetic devices market for our products. The recent launch of Soprano Titanium, the leading hair removal platform by Alma and new innovations to be announced in the future we plan to expand our global reach.
The new innovation center for decades to come
The center, which will be called the “Alma campus” will be part of the Granit complex which will cover 30,000 m². The estimate cost of the project is 150m NIS and is managed by the Edmond De Rothschild foundation and the Caesarea assets corporation. Alma will be leasing the campus for 10 years with a 10 year additional option and will have all of its divisions in one state of the art center.
Mr. Eli Cohen congratulated Alma and its employees emphasizing the enormous importance of such projects to both the local economy as well as the ongoing relationship with the P.R.C. Mr. Lior Dayan, CEO of Sisram Medical and Alma Lasers and Mr. Ran Ezioni Alma’s COO thanked Fosun Pharma’s officials Mr. Wu and Mr. Yi for their continued support and pointed out the achievement belongs to each and every one of Alma’s employees and partners. Mr. Ezioni stated that the new facilities are designed to be Eco-friendly while maintaining top of the line production capabilities.
