• What training comes with an Alma system in Australia?

  Every installation includes clinical training delivered by Alma Lasers Australia, and it is built to give your team a solid foundation rather than a quick handover. How long it takes depends on the device: some platforms need a short session, others run to more than a day, and multi-application systems with several applicators sit at the longer end. The training covers the fundamentals of the technology, protocol selection by indication and skin type, safety and endpoint recognition, so a practitioner can run the device confidently from the first week.

  The part that matters most comes after installation. Learning a device is a journey. Clinics go through a period of trial and error with real patients, and that is when the more advanced questions surface. • What is the difference between Soprano Titanium, Soprano ICE and Soprano ICE Platinum?

  All three use Alma SHR in-motion technology with contact cooling. They differ in how many wavelengths fire and how much area they cover.

  • Soprano ICE treats with an 810nm diode and ICE contact cooling. It remains available from Alma Lasers Australia and is the entry point into the Soprano family.
  • Soprano ICE Platinum adds the trio clustered diode, firing 755nm, 810nm and 1064nm at the same time so one pass reaches shallow, mid and deep follicles.
  • Soprano Titanium Special Edition is the current flagship. It carries the larger 4cm² three-wavelength applicator for faster full-body sessions, plus specialised applicators for smaller and more delicate areas.

Just select the skin type, body size and area to treat, and the platform will be ready with the recommended parameters. In addition, specific protocols and a quick reference guide are provided with the platform.
