We do not publish list prices. A configured NZD quote covers the platform, applicators, delivery, installation, training and 12-month warranty.
Is finance available?
Yes. Equipment finance options are available for New Zealand clinics; ask for a finance illustration with your quote.
Can I see a system before I buy?
Yes. We run demonstrations in New Zealand clinics on scheduled visits, and you are welcome at Alma clinic days in Australia. Ask us for the next dates.

Every system Alma Lasers Australia sells in Australia is available to New Zealand clinics: Soprano ICE Platinum and Soprano Titanium Special Edition for hair removal, Alma Harmony for IPL and pigmentation, Alma Pixel CO2 and Alma Hybrid for resurfacing, and Alma PrimeX and Accent Prime for body contouring and skin tightening.
Who installs and trains in New Zealand?
An Alma representative delivers and commissions the system at your clinic and trains your team on site. Protocol support and Alma Academy sessions continue after installation, from the same team that supports Australian clinics.
Is the quote in New Zealand dollars?
Yes. Your configured quote is in NZD and covers the platform, applicators, delivery, installation, training and the 12-month factory warranty, so you see the landed cost before you decide.
Do Alma systems have per-treatment consumables?
Soprano, Harmony XL Pro, Alma Hybrid, Accent Prime and Alma PrimeX have no per-treatment consumables. Alma Opus uses treatment tips and DermaClear uses solutions, which ship from Australia.
How is service handled for New Zealand clinics?
Most issues are resolved remotely. When an on-site visit is needed, Alma schedules it with your clinic, and we explain expected response times before you buy.
