1. Consultation

We start with a conversation about your patient base, your treatment menu and the space you have, by video or in your clinic. From that we recommend a platform and the applicators that fit, and nothing you will not use.

2. Demonstration

You can see the system working before you decide: a demonstration in your clinic on a scheduled New Zealand visit, or at an Alma clinic day in Australia. Bring your current treatment prices and weekly bookings and we will build the business case with you.

3. Configured quote

We do not publish list prices, because every system is configured. Your quote, in New Zealand dollars, sets out the platform and applicators, delivery to your clinic, installation, clinical training and the 12-month factory warranty, so you can see the full landed cost before you commit. 4. Delivery, installation and training

Alma delivers to your clinic and an Alma representative installs and commissions the system. Clinical training for your team follows on site, run by an Alma clinical specialist, with ongoing protocol support and access to Alma Academy sessions afterwards.

Alma Lasers Australia runs its own service department, spare parts and applicator repairs from Australia, and New Zealand clinics are supported by the same team.

Service

Our service desk runs 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Australian Eastern time on business days (11:00 am to 7:30 pm in New Zealand for most of the year), with availability over the weekend for urgent issues. Most issues are resolved remotely; when an on-site visit is needed, we schedule it with you. Response times for New Zealand differ from metro Australia, and we walk you through what to expect for your clinic before you buy.

Training

Installation training is delivered on site in your clinic. Fundamentals training for new staff runs regularly at Alma’s offices in Australia and is free of charge; a dedicated training day in New Zealand is quoted with travel. Alma Academy sessions and protocol support are available to New Zealand clinics on the same basis as Australian ones.

Warranty and consumables

Every new system carries a 12-month factory warranty. Applicators are serviced and repaired through Alma Lasers Australia, and consumables, where a system uses them, ship from Australia.
