Alma Lasers New Zealand: Aesthetic Laser Machines & Systems for NZ Clinics

Alma Lasers Australia supplies, installs, trains and services Alma systems for clinics across New Zealand, from the same team that supports Australia.

Alma in New Zealand

Alma Lasers Australia is the manufacturer’s own subsidiary for Australia and New Zealand, not a distributor. New Zealand clinics buy, install and service Alma systems through the same Sydney-based team that supports Australian clinics: consultation and demonstration, delivery and installation, clinical training for your staff, and ongoing service and applicator support. We install systems in New Zealand every year, and every one of them is backed by the same 12-month factory warranty and the same clinical team.

If you are a New Zealand clinic comparing professional laser, IPL, CO2 or body-contouring systems, this page explains what is available, how buying from Alma works across the Tasman, and what support looks like once the system is in your clinic.

The Alma range available to New Zealand clinics

Every system Alma sells in Australia is available to New Zealand clinics. The pages below are written for clinic buyers and each one has a comparison table, a how-to-choose section and a cost and support FAQ.

Hair removal

Professional laser hair removal machines and systems: Soprano ICE Platinum and Soprano Titanium Special Edition, triple-wavelength diode lasers with SHR, virtually painless, skin types I to VI. Soprano ICE remains available.

Skin: pigmentation, vascular, rejuvenation

Professional IPL machines: Alma’s AFT (IPL) applicators on the Alma Harmony platform, with up to ten laser and IPL applicators on one console for solar damage, pigmentation, vascular lesions, acne and skin rejuvenation. Harmony XL Pro remains available.

CO2 resurfacing and scars

Professional CO2 laser machines and systems: Alma Pixel CO2, one of the most widely used CO2 platforms in the world, and Alma Hybrid, the top-tier model that fires CO2 and 1570 nm side by side.

Body contouring and skin tightening

How buying from Alma works for a New Zealand clinic

1. Consultation

We start with a conversation about your patient base, your treatment menu and the space you have, by video or in your clinic. From that we recommend a platform and the applicators that fit, and nothing you will not use.

2. Demonstration

You can see the system working before you decide: a demonstration in your clinic on a scheduled New Zealand visit, or at an Alma clinic day in Australia. Bring your current treatment prices and weekly bookings and we will build the business case with you.

3. Configured quote

We do not publish list prices, because every system is configured. Your quote, in New Zealand dollars, sets out the platform and applicators, delivery to your clinic, installation, clinical training and the 12-month factory warranty, so you can see the full landed cost before you commit. Equipment finance is available to New Zealand clinics; ask us for a finance illustration alongside the quote.

4. Delivery, installation and training

Alma delivers to your clinic and an Alma representative installs and commissions the system. Clinical training for your team follows on site, run by an Alma clinical specialist, with ongoing protocol support and access to Alma Academy sessions afterwards.

Service and training across the Tasman

Alma Lasers Australia runs its own service department, spare parts and applicator repairs from Australia, and New Zealand clinics are supported by the same team.

Service

Our service desk runs 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Australian Eastern time on business days (11:00 am to 7:30 pm in New Zealand for most of the year), with availability over the weekend for urgent issues. Most issues are resolved remotely; when an on-site visit is needed, we schedule it with you. Response times for New Zealand differ from metro Australia, and we walk you through what to expect for your clinic before you buy.

Training

Installation training is delivered on site in your clinic. Fundamentals training for new staff runs regularly at Alma’s offices in Australia and is free of charge; a dedicated training day in New Zealand is quoted with travel. Alma Academy sessions and protocol support are available to New Zealand clinics on the same basis as Australian ones.

Warranty and consumables

Every new system carries a 12-month factory warranty. Applicators are serviced and repaired through Alma Lasers Australia, and consumables, where a system uses them, ship from Australia.
