Yes. Alma Lasers Ltd was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Caesarea, Israel, where its platforms are designed and manufactured. Alma Lasers Australia Pty Ltd is the Australian subsidiary, based in Mascot, Sydney, and covers Australia and New Zealand with its own sales, clinical training and service teams.
Who owns Alma Lasers?
Alma Lasers is the principal operating company of Sisram Medical Ltd, which is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and is part of the Fosun Pharma group. Alma Lasers Australia is a wholly owned subsidiary of that group, not an independent distributor.

There is no list price, because every system is configured to the clinic: the platform, the applicators, training and warranty terms all change the figure.
