Accent Prime is the established platform with the wider applicator range, covering face and body contouring, skin tightening and cellulite in one system. No. Both energies are delivered as a warming, massage-like movement over the treatment area, and patients typically describe the session as comfortable, sometimes relaxing. There is no anaesthetic, no downtime and no restriction on normal activity afterwards; mild redness or warmth settles within an hour or two. This comfort is one of the reasons cellulite courses rebook well: a 30 to 45 minute treatment a patient can have in a lunch break.
